16 Handles New York City-based 16 Handles, a self-serve frozen yogurt shop, is launching six new stores in Texas this spring, according to a Dec. 18 news release. The 16 Handles menu offers 16 soft serve flavors; over 50 toppings and sauces; and a variety of frozen novelties.
