The event included snacks; live music from a DJ and guitarist; police, re and EMS vehicles; balloon animals; face painting; a bounce house; games; food; and more. The party was sponsored by the Friends of Helen Hall Library. Addition- ally, on Jan. 31, League City announced Helen Hall Library earned the 2021 Achievement of Excellence in Libraries Award.
