The menu at the NASA Parkway location now includes half a dozen types of buns to accompany more than 15 burgers made from beef or other meats, such as bison and elk. One popular burger is made with half beef and half pork; other toppings include Flamin’ Hot Cheetos, brisket, and macaroni and cheese. Nonburger menu items include ve types of chicken sandwiches, build-your-own hot dogs and veggie burgers. While customer feedback drives menu selections, keto-friendly options came about

DISHES TO TRY 1 The Hawaiian burger, made with a beef patty, starts at $8.51 and is topped with ham, grilled pineapple, pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, red onion, barbecue sauce and secret sauce on a sourdough bun. 2 The Fiti-Fiti burger, made with a half-pork and half-beef patty seasoned like Mexican chorizo, starts at $10.65 and comes on a jalapeno cheese bun with pepper jack cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, onions and ranch dressing. 4 Hot dogs start at $4.99 and are a quarter pound each. They can be topped with various ingredients, such as chili and nacho cheese. 3 The keto-friendly burger starts at $8.51 and has cheese crisps for buns. 6 Chili cheese fries are available in small and large sizes from $5.69-$6.99. 5 Side options include sweet potato fries and onion rings. Prices range from $3.19-$7.47 depending on the size.
