Natkhat Flavors o ering healthy Indian options
Sakshi Joseph and Rajeev Joseph opened the restaurant in 2022 after curating healthy recipes for their son.
2022 by o ering take out from inside Get Along Grill, an eatery which occupied Natkhat’s current location before it opened in 2023. On the menu Some favorite menu items include the Chicken Changezi, Butter Chicken and Rogan Josh, also known as goat and lamb. Customers can also ask for samples of any dishes before fully committing to ordering a full serving size. “The whole purpose of the restaurant is to give [people] food which is healthy and with all the dietary needs,” Sakshi Joseph said. Aside from normal dining hours, the restaurant also o ers reservations for events such as pre-wed- ding dinners and baby showers.
Owner and head chef Sakshi Joseph and her husband Rajeev Joseph opened Natkhat Flavors to provide diverse food options to Dripping Springs. The backstory The restaurant was inspired by Sakshi Joseph’s adaptations of family recipes, which she started to accommodate her son’s dietary restrictions. The duo began dropping o dishes to senior living facilities and friends at hospitals who were unable to leave to buy food in the height of the COVID-19 pandemic. “When people had the food, they were like, ‘This is amazing food. Why don’t you open a restaurant?’” Rajeev Joseph said. The family started their restaurant journey in
