16 Monkey’s Tail The bar offers customers drink options, including taps, happy hour specials, frozen drinks and a seasonal rotating menu, according to a news release. 14 Chipotle Mexican Grill The fast-casual restaurant chain specializes in made-to- order bowls, tacos and burritos. According to the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, a project for a new Chipotle restaurant has been registered with the TDLR and is projected to be under construction in Conroe starting Feb. 26 with a projected completion date of June 7.
