Community members paid their respects to those lost in the 9/11 attacks during the ceremony.
The 9/11 Flight Crew Memorial is dedicated to the 33 aircrew members who were lost in the hijacked planes.
The statue reading “343” represents the number of New York Fire Department members lost in the 9/11 attacks.
