1 Custer Road Project: The North Texas Municipal Water District is currently working to replace an aging pipeline along Custer Road. Update: A total of 4,900 feet of the 9,100-foot pipeline has been installed, according to a city news release. Permanent paving at West 15th Street and Pitman Drive will be scheduled pending water testing. • Timeline: February 2025-October 2026 • Cost: $18 million • Funding source: North Texas Municipal Water District 2 15th Street paving and waterline reconstruction Project: The project involves the removal and replacement of pavement, sidewalks and water lines along 15th Street from Municipal Avenue to Jupiter Road.
