HIGHLIGHTS FROM THIS MONTH

FROM DENISE: With all the growth in the Leander, Cedar Park and Liberty Hill communities, we decided it was time to make a few changes. Starting with this May edition, we have split the Leander/Cedar Park publication into two and have added Liberty Hill to the Leander market. Welcome to our inaugural edition of Leander/Liberty Hill! If you are a local business owner or know of businesses that are hosting events open to the public, please let us know so we can add them to our events calendar (see Pages 8-9). We love to help support our local businesses and organizations! Denise Seiler, GENERAL MANAGER

FROM CLAIRE: Hello, readers! We are so thrilled to expand our coverage into the rapidly growing Liberty Hill area. In the coming weeks and months, I hope I get to meet as many members of this community as possible as we deliver hyperlocal news relevant to you and your neighbors. In our „rst Leander/Liberty Hill edition, our front-page story provides an update on the multiyear 183A Toll project, which is now more than halfway complete. Spanning from Hero Way in Leander to Hwy. 29 in Liberty Hill, the $259 million road project will add two tolled lanes in each direction in an eŽort to reduce congestion and expedite commutes. Learn more about the ongoing project on Pages 24-25. Claire Shoop, EDITOR
