The food truck serves a range of sandwiches, salads and snacks using sustainably sourced ingredients. Songbird is helmed by chef Joshua Van Den Berg, who previously ran Michelin-starred restaurant Aldea in New York and won the Food Network show “Chopped.” The food truck is open Thu. 4 p.m.-9 p.m., Fri. 2 p.m.-9 p.m., Sat. noon-9 p.m. and Sun. noon-8 p.m. cializes in dry cleaning, washing and fold- ing, and laundry.
