1 Methodist Family Health Center The clinic hosted a ribbon cutting July 26. The medical clinic is staed by board-certied family medicine physician Dr. Annie Nguyen, ocials said in an email. The clinic has more than 3,800 square feet with seven exam rooms. It oers services to infants, adults and the elderly, according to its website. • Opened in July 2 Professional Black Belt Academy The martial arts studio oers classes that mix American karate, jujitsu, taekwondo and kickboxing for all skill levels. Classes will be divided based on the students’ experience level. 6 Celina Chamber of Commerce Chamber ocials announced Alexis Jackson as the organization’s new president in an Aug. 9 news release. Jackson had previously served as executive director of the Celina Economic Development Corporation for ve years before she was removed by its board in December. She has over 20 years of experience in economic development, strategic planning and community engagement, according to the release. She will also work with the organization’s board of directors and sta to implement initiatives that align with the needs
