5 Top Shelf Liquor and Fine Wine Jerry’s Liquor in Prosper was renamed Top Shelf Liquor and Fine Wine on Aug. 5. The store sells liquors such as bourbon, gin and vodka, as well as beer, wine and mixers. A company representative said the new owners purchased the store several months ago, and the change in name has been gradual. The store has an extensive bourbon section, and the new owners plan on expanding the store’s tequila selection, the representative said.
