Cedar Park City Council approves city pool additions City Council authorized the city manager to negotiate a $1.05 million professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates for engineering services for a Veterans Memorial Pool expansion and Milburn Pool Renovation at an April 10 meeting.
