Cedar Park City Council approves city pool additions City Council authorized the city manager to negotiate a $1.05 million professional services agreement with Kimley-Horn and Associates for engineering services for a Veterans Memorial Pool expansion and Milburn Pool Renovation at an April 10 meeting. Alexis Frezza wins Cedar Park Council Place 1 race Alexis Frezza has won a seat on Cedar Park City Council. Frezza defeated incum- bent Bobbi Hutchinson with a final count of 54.10% to 45.9%.
