FEATURED IMPACT COMING SOON Construction on the rst phase of Generation Park’s 45-acre master-planned biomanufacturing campus—dubbed BioHub Two —will begin once McCord Development secures prospective tenants, ocials announced in an Aug. 1 news release. Located at 250 Assay St., Houston, the rst phase of BioHub Two includes a 500,000-square-foot facility that comprises goods manufacturing practice space, labs and oces. Ocials noted BioHub Two is following the development of the upcoming San Jacinto College Biotech Training Center at Generation Park. 1960 Bypass, Humble.
