AUGUST 2022 COMMERCIAL REAL ESTATE DATA Vacancy in the oce, retail and industrial real estate sectors was down across Cy-Fair in August from one year ago, according to data provided by Caldwell Cos. While oce and retail rental rates are down year over year by about 2% and 5%, respectively, rental rates in the industrial market are up about 14% as demand continues to grow. Nearly 995,000 square feet of industrial space is under construction in Cy-Fair.
