Village volunteer day The Humanitarian Committee at the Westlake Chamber of Commerce will volunteer with Community First! Village, developed by Mobile Loaves and Fishes, which helps people experiencing homelessness by providing housing. Health and wellness popups will be at the vendor village, along with local food and drinks, live music and child care options. A recovery zone will include ice baths, IV drip therapy and infrared therapy. The event is open to anyone above age 15. • Sept. 21, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. • $25 (general admission), $10 (child care) Lakeway Cornhole Tournament Family and friends can attend to play or watch cornhole. There will be college football playing on the jumbo screen, food from local vendors for purchase, spikeball and face painting available. Teams of two will compete in a double elimination competition. Dapper Dermatology Grand Opening Celebration
2nd Annual Taste Lake Travis Food and Wine Festival Hosted by the Lake Travis Chamber of Commerce, local chefs, wineries, distilleries and artisans will offer an afternoon of tastings, samplings and markets at The Meadow at Safe Harbor Emerald Point Marina.
