Staying local Guerra said the restaurant has received positive feedback about the taste and size of the potatoes. “A lot of people say that they can get two meals out of one spud,” Guerra said. “Our customer photos are pictures of their hands beside their potatoes for reference.” In return, Spuds Potato Bar supports the community by holding spirit nights and o ering discounts for rst responders.
“You can de nitely get the same experience as a sit-down restaurant, but with the quickness of a fast food restaurant,” she said. What’s special about it?
