The restaurant opened in New Braunfels in 2019 with the goal of serving authen- tic Italian recipes with fresh ingredients. Dishes at the restaurant include pasta, home-baked dishes, appetizers, pizza, soups and salads. Some menu options include eggplant rollatini, fettuccine car-
