US 75 frontage road lane closure The right turn lane of the northbound US 75 frontage road between Campbell Road and Lakeside Boulevard may be closed to trac from 9 a.m.- 3:30 p.m. on weekdays due to electric utility company Oncor installing electrical cable. The work is expected to be completed by mid-March. Timeline: December-March

BIGGEST CHANGES Route 74 follows Route 362 and then follows Route 361 on Arapaho Road. Route 78 absorbs portions of Route 360 on Coit Road. Route 85 replaces Route 551 on Plano Road. Route 86 replaces Route 551 on Jupiter Road. Route 87 is similar to Route 372, but is extended north on Shiloh Road. Route 95 is similar to Route 513, but is extended west to serve portions of Route 566 and Route 372. Route 96 is similar to Route 402, but will have more direct travel between the First/Buckingham stop and Downtown Garland. Route 97 is similar to Route 571 and uses similar routing to Route 402. Route 98 replaces Route 463 with added frequency between Spring Valley Parkway and the town of Addison. the expansion of the transit agency’s GoLink service, which went into eect Dec. 6. GoLink service oers on-demand, curb-to-curb shuttles to anywhere within each specied zone. In Richardson, DART added two GoLink zones with one covering portions of three existing bus routes in the Telecom area in the northeastern portion of the city and extending into Plano. The other zone focuses on central Richardson, covering portions of three current bus routes.

A number of bus routes in Richard- son are being renamed and modied as part of the redesign. Deputy City Manager Don Magner said the changes to routes in Richard- son are fairly inconsequential. “We believe that riders, if they’re knowledgeable, will still be able to utilize those routes that are seeing some service impacts in an eective way,” he said.
