9 Rachel’s Kitchen The restaurant has served the Los Angeles and Las Vegas areas and will open its first Texas location in Frisco, according to a news release from The Star. The location is owned by Debbie Roxarzade. Rachel’s Kitchen offers casual dining options and healthy cuisine.
