3 Celina Parkway reconstruction Project: The project follows Celina Parkway from Outer Loop FM 428. The project will replace the asphalt pavement. Update: The project is in the design phase. • Timeline: TBD • Cost: $2.8 million Project: The project will expand the two-lane roadway to a four-lane roadway between Dallas North Tollway and Coleman Street. The project includes concrete curb and gutter roadway, underground drainage improvements and 12-inch water line. Update: The project is in the design phase.
