The Wick intentionally oers simple menu in Celina When husband and wife team Cleve and Kim Wicklie opened The Wick in 2024, they did so with Cleve Wicklie’s tried-and-true recipe for scratch-made cinnamon rolls and other recipes he created by tapping into an inherited culinary a nity. On the menu “Our menu is very simple for a reason—every- thing is fresh, we don’t freeze anything,” Kim Wicklie said. Looking for a libation?

The Wick serves coee using a custom roast blend created for the restaurant by 1418 Coee. Cleve Wicklie created the recipes for all the food menu items and Kim Wicklie has taken the lead with their bar program. The cocktail menu features her favorite drinks including lemon drop martini, old fashioned and espresso martini. “Our pumpkin spice espresso martini is made with cold brew from 1418 and homemade pump- kin puree that is put into my pumpkin pie at Thanksgiving,” Kim Wicklie said. “It is delicious.”

The top three menu items at The Wick are the Classic Swirl cinnamon roll, breakfast taco and their candied bacon appetizer. “It’s hard to nd a cinnamon roll that tastes like your grandmother made it,” Kim Wicklie said. The breakfast menu features eight items and the lunch menu has seven items.
