WILKINSON MIDDLE SCHOOL Richard Wilkinson Middle School will be the 18th middle school for sixth, seventh and eighth graders in the district once it opens in August. Located in northwest Frisco across the street from Panther Creek High School, construction on the new middle school campus began in 2022. WORTHAM INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL

DANIEL L. JONES MIDDLE SCHOOL The Daniel L. Jones Middle School is a part of Prosper ISD. It will open in August 2024 for the 2024- 25 school year. It will be the district’s fth middle school. Timeline: November 2022-August 2024 Cost: $104 million Funding: 2019 Prosper ISD bond

Transportation will be provided for elementary and middle school students if crossing: • Six lane roadway with a speed limit over 45 mph • Tollway • State highway • Farm-to-market road

Wortham Intermediate School is the rst of its kind in FISD. As an intermediate school, the McKinney-based school’s only students will be fth and sixth graders. Timeline: 2022-August 2023 Cost: $45 million Funding: 2018 Frisco ISD bond

STUDENT DRESS CODE

The district’s dress standards are established to prevent disruption and support the safety of all students, sta, and campus visitors. A student’s personal dress standards must adhere to the following general criteria:

Shall not lead school ocials to reasonably believe that such dress will disrupt, interfere with, disturb, or detract from school activities. Shall not create a health or other hazard to the student’s safety or to the safety of others.

Shall not be drug, alcohol, or gang- related, oensive, and/or distract from or interfere with the learning environment of the school.

PTA members advocate on behalf of families and teachers. In FISD, parents can join a PTA through a single PTA membership or joining more than one PTA. Applications can be completed in person or online. PTA membership unlocks several discounts across travel and recreation, hospitality, electronics and auto insurance companies.
