3 Elm Street construction Elm Street from First Street to South Coun- ty Road is under construction, according to Frisco’s Capital Improvement dashboard. The reconstruction project includes the construction of the road and the addition of parking and pedestrian paths, as part of the Downtown Master Plan. 4 Stockard Drive light installations Street lights are being installed on Stockard Drive from Legendary Drive to Preston Road. The project was bid at the end of 2022. 2 Downtown parking improvements The northwest corner of Oak Street and Second Street is under construction. The project will construct a parking lot for the downtown Frisco area.
