We need to think about our bodies like that as well.”

“I realized I like the interaction with patients and the idea of getting to know someone three times a week versus a biannual oce visit,” Tittle said. What happened Tittle launched Sole to Soul Professional Pilates Studio in Flower Mound in 2004. In 2009, she changed the business name to S2S Functional Performance.
