12 Oasis Bistro The Hollywood Park Economic Development Corp. held a ribbon-cutting and grand opening ceremony in December for the bistro at the Galleria Oaks retail center. The bistro’s owner is Austin Remondini and Arizona native David Hargis is the chef.
