Asian New Year Celebration The San Antonio Asian New Year Festival will be held at Rolling Oaks Mall. Stock Show and Rodeo The annual San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo raises funds to positively impact nearly 20,000 Texas youths each year. The event will include stock show exhibits and contests, rodeo competitions, a carnival and concerts by musicians such as Wynonna Judd,
