Update: Groundwork is underway on around 300 lots. Starwood Land joined the development team in April, replacing Hines, and will partner on the buildout of the single-family neighborhoods. • Located near the intersection of US 377 and Cross Timbers Road in Flower Mound • www.furstranch.com 3 Monarch Project: The 200-acre mixed-use development will include 278 townhomes along with more than 470,000 square feet of commercial and restaurant space. Update: Flower Mound Town Council approved a master thoroughfare plan that will allow for a minor arterial connecting to I-35W to be built within the development.

1 Eden Ranch Project: Within the Cross Timbers Conservation Development District, the cluster development sitting on around 335 acres will have 168 single-family homes. The proposal replaces the former Cummings Ranch project.
