Air of Houston serving homes in Spring, Klein When it comes to family traditions, the Bunch family has made all things heating and cooling theirs with Air of Houston. “We raised our kids in it, and now they both work in it and so do nephews and nieces,” co-owner Sandra Bunch said. “It’s a family thing. We have other employees too, but we’re all family.” A family a air Owned by husband and wife duo Sandra and David Bunch, the family roots of Air of Houston extend to their children such as daughter Lauren Bunch, who now serves as the o ce manager. “They were raised in the shop, literally,” Sandra Bunch said. Being a family-owned business which started in the Spring area, Sandra Bunch said the biggest bene t is the personal relationship they are able to build with customers “We’re on a rst name basis, it’s very old school and we like to keep it that way,” Sandra Bunch said. “We’re not big box, we’re very personable and I feel like that’s needed in today’s world.” What they o er Founded in 1994, Air of Houston provides residential and commercial heating, cooling and refrigeration across the Greater Houston area. With over 30 years in the industry, Sandra said the biggest misconception they encounter is that A/C and heating systems require less maintenance than they do. Sandra Bunch said the main thing she wants customers to know is they will never push unnec- essary system upgrades or changes. “I don’t work for the manufacturer, I work for myself…and we will be there when you need us,” Sandra Bunch said.
