NAME CHANGES 11 Jay Roush took ownership of Gino’s Italian Cuisine and rebranded the restaurant as Tuscano Italian Kitchen on Dec. 1. Roush said the restaurant at 1525 Cypress Creek Road., Cedar Park, opened about six years ago and has gone through a couple of ownership changes. Tuscano oers elevated Italian cuisine, including some dishes with a Texas twist.
