3 A new tattoo shop called Upside Tattoo is coming to 571 Ed Schmidt Blvd., Ste. 120, Hutto. Erica Pho, finance officer and general manager for the business, said the shop will open Nov. 1. Hutto Fire Rescue responds to fires, vehicle collisions and emergency medical situations throughout Hutto.
