Plano Balloon Festival The Plano Balloon Festival Inc., a nonprofit organization, will host the annual event featuring various balloon activities, live music performances, local food and vendors. The main stage will show the Plano Symphony Orchestra, Party Machine Band, Ice House Band and more.
