BEE CAVE Bee Cave’s median age is the youngest among cities in the Lake Travis-Westlake area, coming out to 37.5, almost 10 years younger than the next-closest city, Rollingwood.

LAKEWAY From 2016 to 2021, Lakeway’s population rose 35.2%, compared to 8.82% in Travis County overall. The median household income rose about $30,000 in the same time frame.

ROLLINGWOOD The Rollingwood population went down 17.53% from 2016 to 2021, while the median household income went up almost $40,000. The median age is 46.3.

WEST LAKE HILLS The population of West Lake Hills rose 1.92% from 2016 to 2021. Residents in West Lake Hills have the highest median age of the Lake Travis-Westlake area at 49.4.
