FEATURED IMPACT NOW OPEN Nearly 30,000 square feet of Grapevine Mills has been transformed into a storied, tactile art exhibit. “The Real Unreal,” which is Meow Wolf’s fourth permanent exhibit, is an immersive and interactive art experience that brings guests into a world created by 40 local artists, 38 of which are Texas based, and over 150 Meow Wolf artists. The exhibition ocially opened its doors to guests July 14. Along with the exhibit, Grapevine’s Meow Wolf has a cafe and retail store.

Boardroom Salon for Men has been renamed Boardroom Styling Lounge with a new logo and a revamped interior incorporating leather and denim, according to a news release. Boardroom, which was founded in 2004, oers hair services, beard trimming, and shaving and waxing services. Of the 45 locations, 15 are in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Texas locations. Located at 3975 Grapevine Mills Parkway, this Caliber is one of 14 in the Dallas-Fort Worth metro area. Southlake Tap Room on June 24. Business owner Billy Avila announced the news on the compa- ny’s Facebook page. The location at 1512 E. Southlake Blvd. opened Dec. 11, 2021, in Southlake Town Square, a secondary store from the origi- nal location in Fort Worth Brew Pub. www.cowtownbrewco.com IN THE NEWS 14 A change in the design plans for Rock & Brews has pushed back the open- ing from the summer. Plans were altered for the Grapevine restaurant and bar June 20 during a joint Grapevine Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council meeting. The changes came almost two full years after the initial plans for the location at 440 W. Hwy. 114 were ap- proved by council in July 2021. According to a ling with the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulation, the estimated completion date of the $5 million project is now Dec. 31.
