1 Spring Stuebner Road expansion Project: This project will increase Spring Stuebner Road from two lanes to four lanes from west of Leitner Lane to the Grand Parkway. Additionally, existing drainage and traffic signals will also be improved and added as needed. Update: Precinct 3 officials said construction on this project is expected to take roughly one year to complete. • Cost: $8.1 million • Timeline: Second quarter 2026 • Funding source: Harris County Precinct 3

Tomball 3 Spur 149 improvements Project: Between FM 1488 and FM 149 in Magnolia, the construction of a hot mix asphalt overlay is taking place on Spur 149.
