7 Chally Bridal & Prom The store held a grand opening event in Plano, according to a company spokesperson. Chally Bridal & Prom is located just outside of Dillard’s in the Shops at Willowbend. Chally sells a variety of wedding and prom dresses, and the 40,000-square-foot space also features an event center. 8 Corner Wines & Wine Bar Corner Wines & Wine Bar unveiled its wine bar expansion, owner Michael Martin said. The location has been in business since 2006, and Martin began the expansion in 2022, which will add a full bar and additional seating for about 50 guests.
