Slice of Amish specializes in Wisconsin Cheese Operated by Angie Miller, Slice of Amish o ers Wisconsin cheese, smoked meats and locally made products. The shop opened in Montgomery in August 2022 and specializes in Wisconsin cheese made with cow and goat milk free of hormones and additives. Must-try menu items Popular cheeses include the Amish butter, ghost pepper and Carolina reaper cheddars. “This is the perfect spot to build your own charcuterie board,” Miller said. What else? In addition to its products, Slice of Amish partners with local businesses for events such as wine tastings. “We support everybody down here; the goal is to keep our small businesses alive,” Miller said.
Slice of Amish has over 64 types of Wisconsin cheese to choose from.
