North Peytonville Avenue and Raven Bend Court intersection improvements The city of Southlake will make improvements to the intersection of North Peytonville Avenue and Raven Bend Court. The project will address and improve storm drainage problems, preventing excess stormwater from overflowing into the intersection, according to the city. Other improvements to the intersection include adding a “concrete-lined ditch to convey stormwater,” and “pe- destrian improvements, including a sidewalk to close an existing gap,” according to the city. The project will not exceed $952,269. Timeline: early summer 2022-TBD Cost: no more than $952,269 Funding source: city of Southlake

Euless-Grapevine Road widening Euless-Grapevine Road will be expanding from two to four lanes from the road’s intersection with Hughes Road to the intersection with southbound SH 360, according to Grapevine city documents. In addition to the extra lanes, the project includes an “extension of the sidewalk under State Highway 360 … to connect existing walk, traffic signal design, and on-street and off-street bicycle and pedestrian facilities,” according to the city. Timeline: not yet determined Cost: $328,000 total ($224,560 from the Texas Depart- ment of Transportation and $103,440 from the city of Grapevine) Funding sources: TxDOT, city of Grapevine

FM 1709 and Pearson Lane intersection improvements The city of Southlake has entered an interlocal agree- ment with the city of Keller to make improvements to the intersection of FM 1709 and Pearson Lane. Im- provements will include adding designated “left-turn lanes from north and south Pearson Lane onto FM 1709, including traffic signal and pedestrian modifications,” ac- cording to Southlake documents. The project is expected to cost about $3 million with Tarrant County covering 50% of the total cost, or $1.5 million, and Southlake and Keller each covering 25%, or $750,000 per city. Timeline: summer 2023-TBD Cost: $3 million Funding sources: Tarrant County, city of Southlake, city of Keller
