8 Saltgrass Steakhouse An opening timeline has been set for Saltgrass Steakhouse, which is under construction in Valley Ranch Town Center, a spokesperson with public relations firm Total PR confirmed Aug. 23. Saltgrass Steak House—owned by Landry’s—serves 9 Houston Barber School Houston Barber School will open its fourth Greater Houston-area location in the Saddle Ridge retail center.
