Collin County residents will see a $683 million bond package on the Nov. 7 ballot. The details Proposition A includes $261.86 million for justice facility projects , such as: • The completion of the Adult Detention Center infirmary expansion and renovation project along with the jail kitchen • Russel A. Steindam Courts Building expan- sion to add 12 courtrooms, office suites and a 400-plus-vehicle garage • Construction of an additional housing at the juvenile justice facility, plus the relocation and Collin County bond to update roads, animal shelter
