CEO Chris Florczak conrmed the space was in its design phase as of June 13. The restaurant is the brainchild of Hedda Gioia Dowd, who opened the rst Rise Soué location in Dallas in 2008. The restaurant previously opened a Houston location on Post Oak Boulevard near the West Oak neighborhood, but it is now closed. Rise Soué specializes in soues but also oers French cuisine and wines, according to company press materials.
