PHYSICIAN CENTER Construction is underway at the physician center on Vision Park Boulevard o of I-45 N in Shenandoah. Information from i3 Interests, which is developing the center, states the 50,000-square-foot building will be a Class A medical building with a rooftop terrace and free surface parking for visitors and tenants. Space: 50,000 square feet Timeline: TBD
MEDICAL PLAZA The Creekside Park Medical Plaza at 26424 Strake Drive, The Woodlands, will be completed later this year, according to information from developer The Howard Hughes Corp. The Class A medical suites will o er services, such as orthopedics, pediatrics, ophthalmology, oncology and dentistry. Space: 33,754 square feet Timeline: early 2022-fall 2022
DECLARATION CHURCH Predevelopment has started on Declaration Church’s new building on Riley Fuzzel Road. According to Joe McShane, director of business and projects for the church, Declaration Church is developing a total of 86 acres, with 11 acres reserved for commercial development. Space: 86 acres Timeline: November 2022-December 2023
