Harpers Bagels serves freshly baked bagels
Harpers Bagels, a family-run bagel shop along Eldridge Parkway, opened its doors in Tomball on May 21, owners Sean and Aaron Rink said.
when she grew up. When she said she wanted to have her own donut shop, Sean took the inspira- tion to heart, opening a bagel shop instead with the intention of one day giving it to her. Looking ahead, Sean Rink said he hopes to expand his current location with the empty building next door. The bagel shop also oers bagel breakfast sand- wiches, lunch sandwiches such as BLTs and coee.
Before most of Tomball wakes up, the ovens at Harpers Bagels are already on. Founded by brothers Sean and Aaron Rink in May, the family-operated bagel shop opens with a simple promise—fresh bagels made daily and sold until they’re gone. Sean arrives at work as early as 1 a.m., crafting about 200 bagels each morning for a business named after his daughter, Harper, a legacy he hopes will grow one bagel at a time.
