Update: Design work on the project is 30% completed. • Timeline: May 2025-late 2026 (design), construction to begin in spring 2027 • Cost: $6.6 million • Funding source: city of McKinney 2 Graves Street and First Avenue infrastructure reconstruction Project: A reconstruction of infrastructure including waterlines, sewer lines and street pavement is planned for sections of Graves Street and First Avenue. Update: Design work on the project is 30% completed. • Timeline: May 2025-late 2026 (design), construction to begin in spring 2027 • Cost: $16.3 million • Funding source: city of McKinney 3 Infrastructure and drainage improvements for Church, Henry area Project: Reconstruction is planned for infrastructure including waterlines, sewer lines and drainage infrastructure along various East McKinney streets.
