These rights are valued at $11.5 million, bringing the total value of the purchase and sale agreement to $19 million, according to the agreement. The planned city recreation center is expected to include amenities such as an indoor heated competition swimming pool, a gymnasium and more. Under the agreement, the city must complete construction of the recreation center by Aug. 1, 2030.
