SORTERS MCCLELLAN RD. Project: Drainage improvements are being made along portions of several roadways in Sand Creek Village, including Crystal Falls Drive, Woodland Ridge Drive, Eagle Creek Drive, Deer Hollow Drive and Highland Laurels Drive. Update: Work resumed in early February after work was paused to relocate a water main to allow for a new storm drainpipe, Flickinger said in the Feb. 4 newsletter. • Timeline: spring 2025-April 3, 2026 • Cost: $1.52 million • Funding source: city of Houston’s Dedicated Drainage and Street Renewal Fund 4 FM 1960 widening projects Project: FM 1960 is being widened to a six-lane divided roadway between Business FM 1960 and the McKay Bridge at Lake Houston. Update: Construction on Segment B wrapped up in December, said Bambi Hall, public information o›cer for the Texas Department of Transportation via email Feb. 16. Construction on Segment A is nearing completion with all westbound lanes set to open by Feb. 23 (after press time) and all eastbound lanes expected to open by March 23.

1 Northpark Drive reconstruction project Project: Northpark Drive will be reconstructed as a six- lane divided roadway between Russell Palmer Road and Woodland Hills Drive. Update: Contract bidding will begin in 2028. • Timeline: October 2028-2030 • Cost: $72.7 million • Funding sources: city of Houston, Lake Houston Redevelopment Authority/Tax Increment Reinvestment Zone No. 10
