The signicant drop in administration is due to three salaries being moved to the planning/development line item.

All city sta will see a 2%pay raise in the next scal year at a cost of $28,553. Four employees received a retention bonus.

Council Member Amy Pattillo said the Travis Central Appraisal District’s decision not to appraise residential properties this year hurt the city’s revenue stream. She said property values would have likely increased , despite the pandemic.

The city projects a 5% dip in year- over-year sales tax revenue to $2.85 million.

Revenue from nes and warrants is projected to drop 21.3% to $111,000.
