3 I Panini Café A food truck offering panini sandwiches and tacos by El Mariachi Tex-Mex is now open Monday through Friday at the Old Bakery and Emporium off Congress Avenue. Co-founders Debra Hallum and Marlene du Plessis have been working to open the pub’s doors since last spring and named it after the year Title IX was signed into law.

8 Moody’s Kitchen and Bar The bar closed its doors in January. Moody’s served appetizers and entrees and had a full bar with handcrafted cocktails, beers, margaritas and more.
