Prosper leaders OK multifamily project Prosper Town Council members approved development plans for a two-story, mixed- use project during an April 16 meeting. The project was ultimately approved 4-2. Council members Marcus Ray and Je Hodges voted against the project. Some context The development includes oce space and storefront on the rst oor and four multifamily units on the second oor.

The town of Prosper has 634 acres of park land, 52 miles of trails, 19 playgrounds, and dozens of sports elds and recreational facilities—and residents can help guide what comes next. Celina council plans for temporary concrete plant

Celina City Council members discussed the location and future installation of a North Texas Tollway Authority temporary concrete batch during a March 7 meeting. The batch plant will service the northern section of the Dallas North Tollway expansion project, which spans between Frontier Parkway and FM 428, according to meeting documents.
The details The plant, to be located between the service lanes of Dallas Parkway just north of the Outer Loop, is a necessity for the project, according to a March 12 city news release. An application has been submitted to the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality to ensure compliance with regulations.
