5 Parkside The eatery on Sixth Street, founded by restaurateur Shawn Cirkiel, opened its doors March 25 following a year-and-a-half-long closure for renovations. The gastropub first opened in 2008, and now features new booths, tile designs, oak flooring, a wood-burning grill and infrastructure updates to the kitchen area.
