The housing supply is expected to remain on pace with growth, increasing 14.1% from 2025 to 2030. Owner-occupied housing is set to remain the strongest at 73%-74%, data shows. However, the report shows housing post-2030 could continue to arrive where infrastructure is the least prepared. To combat this, recommenda- tions include infrastructure alignment to better accommodate this growth before it happens.
